Ramadan Mubarak

     Welcome to Gods Gardens its the evening of the fast and En Sha Allah were on our 24th Day.So,I thought Id post a few things so I don't get backed up. Also when you get to the end of each page Click on older post to view more of what we have been doing here at Gods Gardens, Enjoy.

                                                     Corn  their looking pretty good

            Oh we had a storm yesterday and this was my surprise this morning  ?My hoop house tore.

 Since its write across the middle I don't know how to patch that Any Ideas  will have to go ask my Garden Friends for some help

                      Egg plant ...ummmmm it seems like they should be bigger  and healthier

              string beans  APDTA I have been getting quite a few from these every other day

                                         Carrots looks like there are almost ready to harvest

 Tomatoes APDTA  Thea's vines have given me tons  I just put in anew row foe the fall of cherry tomatoes , this time

                                        Old strawberries still looks good and trying to flower

                 old okra bearing fruit wow that's all the new things in for now the rest are seeds just            started  will be back when other things begin to grow and I repair the hoop house  most likely that will be the  at the end of Ramadan You have a blessed and peaceful Day.

How are you ,come on in!!!! Summer Camp at Gods Gardens is almost over

                                     Well I was the last one here for a while every one  else went home
                                 We had forgot that Ramadan was coming up  so soon.its next week.

            So I had the pool all to my self for about a week and I swam and  enjoyed myself

                            Sister Theresa Let me paint one of her giant  pictures, I enjoyed this a lot

                                Lol...This is a flash back of some of the fun I had with the other
                                                            Brothers when they were here

                A few days latter  3 Sisters came to spend the last week before Ramadan
                                                               3 girls and all older than me

           This is Helimah shes the youngest one she cutting up peppers and I'm peeling potatoes

                               This is Habibah Shes the middle Sister and shes cutting up carrots

                                And this is  the oldest  sister Sahudah shes doing celery and tomatoes

                                              we harvest a few different things today

 

 

 

 

 

                                   These are black walnuts they just fall on the ground from the tree

Okra wow this bunch got a lil big I notice you have to pick them every day once they start growing they get big fast

 Cucumber and tomatoes are doing good we get a lil harvest from them almost every day

                                     Sweet Basil is wonderful  ex specially on the tomatoes
                                                         in salads soups and on a sandwich

  We get lots of tomatoes the ones that fall off that's green,We just put them in the window to turn red

                                            lots of Green peppers, many more on the bush

                                                         each day has been a Lil crop like this

                                   Well all the Children are gone now, and Ramadan has begun

                                           That is a month devoted to Studying Gods word

                                           Fasting from sun up till sun down for 30 days

                                                        And Prayer for the sake of Allah
So thank you for coming pass. I will be on the fast until August 18th.En Sha Allah come through   again around the 20th there should be much to see and say as I'm putting up a new crop today.

Schools out and im going to Gods Gardens for the summer.

                       Greetings My Name is Preston and I came all the way from New York
                                                    To spend time at Gods Gardens

                             Lol.. lol  soon as I found out about The Art room we got busy
                                                  Where all working with Clay Today

                               Were doing free style with Clay so we could have some fun being creative.

                                           This is  Jazmyn she made, an octopus

                                               And his is Cory and he is making a car

                                                         TJ is Making a funny lil Man

                                               Tjs Man, And I made the green one

                                             As you can see this is serious Business

                                                Well sorta,...lol ......Jazymin and TJ

                                         This is Kennedy shes is kind of laid back and cool

                                               I'm really Enjoying my self here.

                  We really got creative today and made all sorts of great things out of Clay.

                         

                                     Now its time to  cool,down  in all this heat!!!! yep like it ,like it.

                Were going to have an agriculture class after our swim, put these in the Ground.

                              But right now we have serious business to take care of...lol...lol

                                      We have to do some deep sea diving here????? lol...lol

                   Ok Time to help,Do some trans planting , a Lil weeding and cut the grass

                              We planted rows of peppers string beans and cut the grass?

                                                         we did a little weeding.

                                                      and learned about soil building

                                      And why we should plant flowers to attract the good bugs

                                               There is 5 Peacan trees on the land, heres 3                  

                                    And here's the fruit that was Picked today, tomatoes, and peppers
                                                      we have been getting some every day
